5 декабря в течении получаса не мог дозвониться ни до одного отдела, ужас. Третьего декабря менеджер обещал отправить документы на регистрацию ЭЦП но ничего не отправила.

Благодаря Галине Владимировне Котовой и специалистам Центр Информ мы смогли преодолеть страх при установке ЭП под Linux и Windows. Шаг за шагом удалось понять, как работает электронная подпись, публичный и секретный ключи. Результат: примерно две тысячи поданных документов в общие суды, арбитраж, госзакупки подписанные УКЭП. Знание закона Об электронной подписи помогло уличить Застройщика в подлоге судебных документов (апелляц. жалоба на выигранное нами решение суда против просрочившего застройщика и затем - его банкротстве в АС), была подписана простой ЭП, а не усиленной квалифицированной, доверенность юрисконсульта была просрочена, а Госуслуги и ЕСИА позволяют подтвердить личность, но не ПОЛНОМОЧИЯ действовать от организации! - в деле не нашлось сертификата УКЭП, как учила Галина :-). В итоге мы помирились на условиях представления квартиры в 1,5 раза бОльшей площади инвалиду - пенсионеру II группы без доплат. Сделка уже регистрируется. Без ЭП Вы просто поражены в правах, а знание - сила! Рекомендую :-)
