Есть как плюсы, так и минусы к сожалению. Тем не менее, что бы минусы свести к минимуму, а ещё лучше к нулю, есть только два пути: в совершенстве знать свои права и обязанности( и уметь ими пользоваться), или обращаться к профессионалам, обладающие в совершенстве этой темой и способные решить ваш вопрос только положительно, если право на вашей стороне.
