Замечательное место! Но ребята молодые (персонал), когда между собой общаются, из 10 слов 2 нормальные. Хотя вокруг дети.

Столкнулись с неприятной ситуацией, приехали 23.02 в парк с ребёнком 9лет. Предварительно, чтобы не стоять в очереди на сайте пополнили карту. На сайте нигде не было предупреждений о том, что из всех аттракционов молодёжного сектора работают зимой -только 2(колесо и автодром) , это нам уже сказали в единственной работающей кассе, когда мы с удивлением и расстройством поняли, что на положенные деньги кататься негде. Прокатитлись на колесе обозрения и пошли к автодрому, который был заявлен как работающий. Время было 12.00 на автодроме красовалась табличка 10 мин перерыв, простояв 30 мин, отморозив ноги, мы таки никого не дождались. Была кнопка вызова персонала, на которую также никто не пришел, на телефоны парка никто не отвечает, можно связаться только через авто информатор зная внутренний номер сотрудника.
