Как предпринимателю с 4-хлетним стажем, мне это место нравится. Во-первых, нравится оболочка (хорошее двухэтажное здание, с кафе, скамеечками, аудиториями), во-вторых, нравится содержание: много тренингов и лекций от бизнес-тренеров (например, на темы управление финансами, диджитал маркетинг, ораторское искусство и т.д.). Бизнес-семинары проводят разные компании, о них можно узнавать на сервисе Таймпад. Удобно, что в аудиториях на каждом столе стоят небольшие стоечки с микрофонами. Всегда пользовалась случаем и перед началом семинара что-нибудь вещала на аудиторию) Люблю скопление интеллектуальных людей, которые к чему-то активно стремятся. Возвращаешься домой с новыми идеями и новыми знакомствами.

Здесь выпускают в прокат самые интересные и качественные фильмы.Никакой попсы. Кроме того, здесь часто устраивают фестивали кино. Гордон иногда выпивает в кафе на первом этаже чашку чаю с друзьями.) Место для интеллектуальной элиты.

Центральный дом предпринимателя стал цифровым деловым пространством. А вместе с этим прекратили существование и кинотеатр 35 мм с отличными фильмами в оригинальной озвучке и посредственное небольшое кафе при нём, в котором можно было скоротать некоторое время перед киносеансом: просто выпить кофе, для голодных какой-нибудь салат и бутерброды. И все.
