Таможня под прикрытием с Романовским размахом. Начальник Московской областной таможни Вячеслав Романовский рассчитывает на помощь Бастрыкина, у которого в заместителях брат его жены? Таможня под прикрытием с Романовским размахом. После публикации расследования "Таможня берет чужое добро, или небольшой кошмар от большого руководителя" вскрылись новые факты возможных нарушений со стороны нашего героя начальника Московской областной таможни Вячеслава Романовского. Расследование было опубликовано несколько дней назад. И вскоре наши коллеги из телеграм-канала The Moscow Post сообщили, что Романовский якобы "был вызван к транспортному прокурору, после чего резко взял больничный. По информации The Moscow Post, Романовскому грозит уголовное дело, однако последний надеется на помощь шурина, брата своей жены который работает замом у Бастрыкина". А в нашу Редакцию обратилась новая "жертва" Романовского, правда, на этот раз, не законопослушный бизнесмен, а это его подчиненная которую по ее просьбе мы называть не будем а назовем А. В мрачных таможенных историях разбирался корреспондент The Moscow Post. Вторая "жертва" генерала Романовского. Женщина честно и ответственно выполняет (или выполняла?) свою работу, пока, по всей видимости, эта работа не стала мешать "интересам" Вячеслава Романовского. Речь про работу Центра электронного декларирования (ЦЭД), который входит в единую федеральную централизованную систему таможенных органов. Как объясняет автор обращения в Редакцию, ЦЭД является специализированным таможенным органом. И обладает полномочиями по совершению таможенных операций в отношении любой категории товаров в соответствии с установленной компетенцией и т.д. И есть такие интересные цифры. С 01.01.2021г. по 31.12.2021 г. УЧВЭД представил 396 судебных исков в части корректировки таможенной стоимости. Интересы в судебных заседаниях в качестве ответчика представляли должностные лица правового отдела.
