Делала Фгдс с биопсией у Лаптевой по направлению от гастроэнтеролога!Было взято мало биоптата для исследования(хотя доктору озвучила что мне нужно )Не смогли поставить диагноз, по взятому биоптату (лаборатория в которой делалась биопсия, переделывала 3 раза биопсию!!!! Руководитель данной организации связался со мной для урегулирования вопроса, обещал пообщаться с эндоскопистом и перезвонить мне, до сегодняшнего дня этот вопрос не решен!!! Заплаченные деньги клиника возвращать не намерена!!!Не рекомендую данную клинику....

Добрый вечер! Пишу про регистраторов-женщин,через которых попадаешь к врачу. К врачам претензий нет. Но это звено отбивает всякое желание возвращаться. Недображелательность,отсутствие эмпатии,несообразительность,на лице"совок" Как думала,что уже этого нет...Как будто первый день на работе,куча дополнительных ненужных мне вопросов.Первый раз столкнулась,думала,ну,ладно,может ,действительно первый раз,но когда второй,третий,это уже не случайность.Работаете с людьми,хотите не хотите,делайте свою работу так,чтобы клиент остался ДОВОЛЕН. Клиенты платят деньги,будьте добры обеспечьте СЕРВИС.
