Очень долго не хотелось писать негативный отзыв о единственном клубе для людей "без границ", но раз за разом убеждаюсь, что персонал тут, мягко говоря, не квалифицированный. К творческой группе нет вопросов. К грубейшим охранникам - миллион. Обычно у вас в гостях я абсолютно трезвый и смотрю на все трезвыми глазами. Так обращаться с гостями - не по человечески. Выворачивать руки, заламывать, насильственно выводить, даже не попытавшись решить этот вопрос спокойно! Для меня последней каплей стало то, что 8 марта, в женский день наглейшим образом вышвырнули девушку, заламывая ей руки, грубо толкая. Охранники, вы силу поумерьте. Далее у меня вопрос к официанту парню темненькому. Вы чего такой хам? Не все знают, что за "вип барной стойкой" нельзя стоять простым смертным, это можно спокойно сказать, а не хамить на ровном месте. Бармены, тоже научитесь с гостями разговаривать вежливо. Администратор Галина, Вы не в состоянии решать вопросы гостей, вы не заинтересованы услышать и помочь, вам безразлично, видимо. Честно признаться, я немного позлорадствал, увидев вас в слезах, заплаканную не так давно. Надеюсь, получили за свою "работу". И что это у вас за разделение гостей на "своих" и "не своих"? Почему некоторым посетилям позволено заходить в зону для персонала (дверь у бара)? В гардеробную. В гримерку к артистам. Очень жаль, что в Краснодаре нет достойной альтернативы. От этого нет и вашего развития. Люди просто вынуждены ходить к вам лишь потому, что больше некуда.
