Это отделение самостоятельно меняет свой график работы, без оповещения граждан.На сайте информации нет, заранее не предупреждают, вывески на входе нет. Якобы работают,но на самом деле нужные справки в неприёмный день получить невозможно. Можно потратить пару часов на пробки, не говоря о том, как тяжело пенсионерам или маломобильным гражданам, чтобы узнать,что потратил время зря. Весь ПФР работает на себя, а не для людей, и так не должно быть!

Была в феврале. К сожалению, ничего здесь не меняется к лучшему. Не отвечают телефоны. Всегда много народу. Подолгу принимают одного человека. Быстро только выдают справки, и охрана - любезные люди. По ряду вопросов некомпетентны или всё "пофиг". Например, муж оформлял пенсию, его не проинформировали, что ему полагается единовременная накопительная выплата, как пенсионеру. Он даже если и знал когда- то, прошли годы, забыл. Прошло несколько месяцев, случайно наткнулась в интернете на статью об этом.
