Клиентоориентированность 0, прошла прием у гинеколога, отдала больше 5 т, был выписан препарат, на который в первый же день вышла сильная побочная реакция, позвонила в клинику объяснила ситуацию и попросила чтоб доктор предложил другой препарат, мне ответили что доктор будет только через 2 дня вы подождёте? Я спросила, а разве у доктора нет личного телефона, вы не можете позвонить и уточнить? Попросили оставить данные и сказали что сообщат, в итоге ни ответа ни привета. Видимо времени на это не нашлось, а вот попросить написать отзыв о враче за скидку, тут времени вагон, помогли написать и сфоткать документы чтоб отзыв прошёл 👍 вот так и появляется куча отзывов про врача хвалебных. Повторную запись я естественно отменила. Клинику не советую

Даже интересно почему у данной клиники такой хороший рейтинг. Возможно только мне не повезло. Столкнулась с неподобающим отношением ко мне как к пациенту данной клиники. На прием пришла заранее за 15 минут до начала. Врач не приняла даже спустя 20 минут ожидания от времени начала приема. Никто не извинился, и не предупредил о задержке по времени. Никто не учитывает, что у пациента есть другие дела и запись по времени означает, что важно попасть именно в это время, чтобы никуда не опоздать. В данную клинику больше нет желания возвращаться. Ответ администратора был совершенно неуместен: «у нас новая пациентка перед вами, поэтому задерживается прием».
