Есть в данном отделение хамоватая сотрудница 1го этажа (смуглая) Жанна , которая вечно всем недовольна и пытается построить из себя незнамо кого. Избегать почту стороной. Получение и отправка посылок по РФ будет вам стоит нервов и довольно неприятного общения с сотрудниками данного отделения. Моя рекомендация: выбирайте другое отделение, искренне советую. Сотрудникам быть более вежливыми, а не повышать тон на посетителей, когда к вам пришли с улыбкой, следует отвечать тем же, а не язвить, если нет настроения или устал. Если не можешь работать в сервисе обслуживания из-за нелюбви к людям или из-за своего высокого самомнения, то выбирай другое место работы. Несколько раз выбирала данное отделение (больше не планирую). Всем добра ! И улыбок Надеюсь, что руководство данного отделения (либо вышестоящее подразделение почты РФ) проведет работу со своими сотрудниками и расскажет, как нужно общаться с посетителями.

Данное отделение полный мрак. Сотрудники хамят. Очереди постоянные, работают медленно. Совершенно не умеют общаться с посетителями, язвят из серии «не надо мне сюда засовывать ваш телефон» , «и что паспорт у вас тоже не спрашивали», да с таким видом, что ты царевна почты. Резюмируя, почта рф в данном отделение - отвратный сервис, долгое томительное ожидание, медлительный персонал .

Отличное отделение! Да, большое, иногда бывают очереди, но ребята работают очень быстро - часто спрашивают у всей очереди, кто на получение, забирают все уведомления и сразу выносят всем посылки. Ни разу ничего не потеряли, а из-за того, что я заказываю всё на рабочий адрес и на него не приходят уведомления, почтальон мне даже звонил и предупреждал, мол, на ваше имя мелкий пакет. Такого сервиса никак не ожидала, спасибо огромное! Хорошо бы вся наша почта была вот такой.
