Нам в компанию клиенты присылаю посылки. И постоянно одна и та же история: нам никто не звонит, не приходит, а у клиента появляется статус «23 ноя 2017, 16:00 Неудачная попытка вручения», не дозвнились и тд. По факту даже не звонят.

Отвратитедьная работа!15.02.17 отправляла приглашение на въезд в РФ мужу с 1 марта.Уже 4 дня! письмо идет в Абхазию вместо Алжира с другим даже индексом! Звоню каждый день в клиентскую поддержку, настояла на служебном расследовать 17.02.за номером 2603174.Написала жалобу в книгу, представлять мне ее не хотели 17.02.Вышел молодой человек, не представился, принес мне распечатку с компа,просто инфа о моем письме, якобы оно уже идет в Алжир. 18.02. по телефону клиентской поддержки узнаю -ничего не поменялось. В этот раз мне предложили написать письмо на розыск. Лично в отделении или на сайте со сканом моего заявления! Заплатив 1530 р (обычное письмо идет около месяца,стоит рублей 120).Бардак полный! – показать
