Достоинства: Делали стерилизацию кошечке, 15 февраля. Кошечка уже на 3-ый день была бодрячком. Шов настолько маленький и аккуратный, что она даже не стремилась его разлизывать. Очень понравился подход персонала клиники. До и после операции несколько раз звонила, чтобы проконсультироваться и каждый раз мне уделяли довольно много времени и все очень подробно разжевывали и объясняли, без раздражения и спешки. Когда привезли кису непосредственно на операцию, доктор Григорьев Александр Михайлович тоже очень детально все пояснил и вообще произвел сильно положительное впечатление. Шов получился ювелирным. До обращения в данную клинику, изучила отзывы порядка 15 учреждений и все были довольно неоднозначны. Клиника Веда на 5-ой парковой была практически единственной, с таким положительным откликом от клиентов. Прошло два месяца после операции и я с уверенностью могу рекомендовать данную клинику! Выражаю огромную благодарность персоналу за классный подход, доброжелательность и конечно за профессионализм! Недостатки: не обнаружилось – показать

Достоинства: врачи данной клиники внимательно выслушивают и вникают в проблему. Я частенько прихожу в эту клинику с назначением от других ветеринаров. Эти назначения всегда чётко выполняются. При этом врачи внимательно отслеживают динамику лечения. Однажды, благодаря профессионализму и своевременной корректировки в уже назначенное лечение они спасли жизнь моему питомцу. Наш семейный доктор полностью одобрил эти действия. Теперь, когда я приходу в эту клинику, то уверенна, что мой питомец в надёжных руках.
