Здравствуйте! Сегодня мы с подругой зашли в этот отдел. Решили купить цукат. Но,как то день у продавца, наверное был тяжелый, и мы оказались не в нужное время там. Попросили взвесить цукаты, они там есть по одной цене и несколько видов. Вот мы и решили купить именно так,несколько видов по одной цене и в один пакет. Попросив об этом продавца, мы удивились увиденному. Она в голос, переспросила еще раз, что мы хотим, мы ей повторили, но на весы был оброшен пакет с одним видом. Мы попросили , добавить еще три вида туда же, но нам сказали, что больше ничего не положат. На вопрос почему и,что происходит, "добрая" женщина ответила, что не будет нам больше ничего добавлять, тем более и продавать. На просьбу предъявить книгу жалоб- она ответила, что такой нет и мы её не увидим. Я попросила назвать фамилию начальника, хозяина отдела - незнаю такого. Ладно хорошо назовите свою фамилию - я вам ничего не скажу. Подруга попросила - сертификаты на товар- ничего не дам- я тут не работаю, я просто уборщица. И главное, это совсем интересно - идите и жалуйтесь, вы зря потратите время. Мне все равно ничего не будет и вы ничего не решите!. Как так?! Это почему так?! Это кто дает право, таким продавцам, так себя вести! Это по ее словам все куплено! Здорово! Значит, можно с покупателями общаться, как вздумается. Ведь мы зашли в этот отдел с хорошим настроением, мы даже слова грубого ей не сказали. И уж тем более обидеть вообще ничем не хотели. Я сама работала продавцом и знаю, что это за работа. И мне тем более обидно,когда продавец может, если у него нет настроения оскорбить покупателя. Незнаю, как моя подруга, но я постараюсь, разобраться с этим вопросом.
