Заказали плитку керама марацци, обещали привезти через 2 недели, а может и раньше. Привезли через 3. В день поставки хотели забрать покупку до 14-00, на что девушка менеджер очень надменно заявила, что из-за наших 5 квадратов всю фуру перебирать не будут. В 14-50 менеджер позвонили, сказали, что заказ можно забрать и сегодня они работают до 16-00. Тут же выехали (к слову живем мы за городом), в 15-30 уже были в магазине. Очень удивило полное отсутствие покупателей в магазине с таким широким ассортиментом, но дальше все стало понятно. С трудом нашли в пустом зале сотрудника, который встретил нас словами «что хотели?», со скрипом минут 15 выписывал нам документы и отправил на склад. В данном магазине покупаем первый раз ( читай как последний), нашли склад не сразу. Объехав всю территорию без единого указателя нашли рабочих, которые сказали «вы время то видели? Мы ничего искать не будем». Время было 15-50. Возвращаемся в магазин, где сотрудник говорит, что на грузчиков повлиять не может, а администратор и директор по выходным не работают. Начали звонить на склад,упрашивать чтобы клиент сам погрузил свой товар, после чего кладовщица сжалилась и грузчики с недовольными лицами в буквальном смысле бросили 4 пачки плитки нам в багажник. Времени проверять партии на упаковке уже не было и, естественно, только дома заметили, что коробки разных тонов (одна 01 другая 02). Для нас это не критично в данный момент, но никому и никогда не порекомендую данный магазин. Директору бы порекомендовала сменить персонал, продажи возрастут мгновенно.
