Мария здравствуйте. Питаюсь по вашей программе с середины октября. Сразу вес пошёл и в течении 2 месяцев ушло 2 кг. Я была безумно счастлива. Потом всё начало прыгать и с тех пор то плюс то минус, но с места не схожу. У меня диабет и очень много других болячек и медикаментов. Мне 55 лет рост 1, 57 вес 70. Жир внутри и только на животе. Как быть. Делаю всё как и вначале и вес шёл. Я очень разочарована, но хочу продолжать. Помогите. Заранее благодарю. Лена
