Желание обращаться в данную клинику пропало после звонка. Во-первых, по запросу на сайте никто не перезвонил. Набрала сама, трубку взяла девушка, которая 2х слов связать грамотно не могла, не могла сориентировать по расписанию врача, по записи на прием. Администратор — лицо клиники, ну как можно такую сажать на телефон.

Ирина, нам очень жаль, что Вы не смогли по каким-то причинам попасть к доктору. Мы не смогли до Вас дозвониться, т.к. Вы указали несуществующий номер телефона.

Здравствуйте, Ирина! Мы разобрались в этой ситуации. По внутреннему регламенту клиники на ответ по запросу с сайта дается 1 час, вы перезвонили в клинику через 37 минут после запроса.Вам ответил стажер (девушка обозначила свой статус), рядом со стажером всегда находится опытный администратор, которая и помогла Вам.Спасибо за обращение в наш Центр! Будем рады Вас видеть!

Решила вот попробовать опять к Вам записаться, уже по другому вопросу. Мой звонок сбросили, скинули смс «мы вам перезвоним». Так и не перезвонили. Так что это выходит не случайность была, а закономерность.

Мне нравится ходить в эту клинику, врачи грамотные, администраторы приветливые, обстановка комфортная. Я хожу на массаж к Васильевой Юлии Павловне, мне очень нравится, и чувствую себя лучше, и спина не так беспокоит. Успехов вам!

Хорошо сдавать анализы, делать узи, экг. А вот некоторые врачи, к сожалению, не компетентные. Кто больше всего вызывает доверие - это женщина лор.
