Добрый день! Хочу понять правомерность работы регистратуры 9.03.20 по адресу Б.Хмельницкого,43. Суть проблемы: в 13.50 обратилась в регистратуру по поводу кашля и температуры. Я прикреплена к этой поликлиники с 2004 года. Нужно оформить б.лист и получить назначения. Барышни в регистратуре ответили, что бесплатный прием был до 11 утра , а сейчас стоимость 913 рублей и закрытие больничного листа тоже будет платно. При этом на приём к врачу не было ни одного пациента. Врач принять отказалась, т.е выполнить свой долг бесплатно никак. Записали меня только на 8.00 сле дующего дня, при том, что температура у меня почти 39. И я в регистратуре это сказала. Экономя таким образом, платные клиники нагружают работу Скорой помощи. Жду ответ от руководства, о работе ваших ,,волшебных,, сотрудников в белых

Большие претензии именно к филиалу N3 ЦСМ. Как минимум с октября 2018 года не работает терминал для безналичной оплаты. В регистратуре постоянно все медленно и невежливо. Записываешься на УЗИ, а потом,уже при оплате, выясняется, что записали на прием с УЗИ. Записываясь на платное время нельзя быть уверенным, что попадешь на прием хотя бы спустя 30 минут после времени записи. Запись по полису ДМС воспринимают как бесплатную и записывают не на то время, чтобы потом за 20 минут до приема позвонить и сказать "ой, мы вас принять не можем.давайте через неделю, рано утром"
