Ужасное и отвратительное место. Никому бы не советовала там жить. Если бы можно было поставить отрицательную оценку, то поставила бы – одна звезда слишком хорошо для конторы обманщиков и халтурщиков. Жила год в общежитие, где мне обещали хорошие условия проживания. Что я получила по факту: черная плесень в комнате, тараканы, неработающая вытяжка, следовательно, ужасная влажность, с других комнат воняет куревом, шум ночью и абсолютное безразличие со стороны администраторов и управляющей. Управляющую интересуют только деньги, никак не пытается бороться с жалобами на шум, тараканов, плесень и т.д, на все один ответ "что я сделаю? Мы можем вас только пересилить", ждали переселения год. Кухня в отвратительном состоянии. Прачечная тоже. 12500 в прошлом году стоила коморка на 4 человек, слишком дорого для нечеловеческих условий. Никакой охраны нет, ночью на посту никого нет, двери не закрываются. Одной ночью к нам зашёл пьяный мужчина за сорок в комнату, всех напугал, даже после этого никаких действий не было предпринято. Часто можно заметить пьяных администраторов на посту. Некомпетентные работники, которые ничем помочь не могут. Оставила вещи в комнате, половину украли, а управляющая только разводит руками и просит оплаты. В принципе все понятно с данным "общежитием" тупая нажива на подростках. Лучше поискать место лучше и не давать им наживаться

Общага норм. Бывали конечно тяжелые моменты в начале заезда. Но поставили машинки, кухню сделали. В комнатах обстановка хорошая. Санузел свой. Так что Гуд
