Зарегестрировалась ради того что бы повлиять на ситуацию: по адресу Полеский проезд дом 10 (м.щукинская 5мин) в первом подьезде живет бабка; вероятно с психическими отклонениями (ходит бубнит под нос), водит на поводке кабеля (около года возраст) измождённый и худой (бедная собака еле плетется и только смотрит с тоской на людей), отстраняется га растояние поводка короткого от бабки , явно боится её. Наблюдаю картину с зимы; рагьше он повеселее был, теперь с трудом задние ноги тащит. Как можно отобрать животное!? Готова отплатить передержку. Кто занимается вызволением животных от таких хозяев!? Как это можно устроить?
