Некорректно перевели простой документ, сказали клиенту самому ехать к переводчику исправлять. В итоге ни извинений, ничего. переводчик на возмущение ответил угрозой отложить исправление на следующий день. Отвратительное отношение к своей работе.

В данной ситуации клиенту был предложен наиболее быстрый вариант решения вопроса, соответственно связанный с визитом к переводчику. Перевод документов связан не только с работой переводчика, но и нотариуса, чем и объясняется возможность исправления на следующий рабочий день, но никак не угроза. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства и просим в дальнейшем не указывать в отзывах искаженную информацию о нашей работе.
