отвратительно Достоинства: нет Недостатки: недобросовестность Петро эксперт проводила у меня судебную экспертизу повреждений квартиры, вызванных затопом соседями сверху. Проводили по документам независимой экспертизы, так как на момент проведения судебной экспертизы ремонт уже был сделан. Насчитали раза в два меньше, чем независимая экспертиза. и в три раза меньше, чем я фактически затратила на ремонт! Стала разбираться. В результате сравнения данных по виду работ, выяснилось, что треть работ, необходимых для устранения следов затопа, не учтены (обезжиривание, антисептирование, серпянка и т д). Так еще и расчет средней цены на единицу работы занижен раза в два, потому что в расчет были взяты цены четырех фирм, зайдя на сайт которых выяснилось, что это цены для больших объемов работ, а не для ремонта квартир. о чем прямо на сайте и написано прямо над прайсом! то есть не видеть это эксперт не мог. От трех из четырех фирм получила отказ работать по тем ценам, на основании которых рассчитывалась средняя цена (предложили свои цены в два раза выше), а четвертая вообще отказывается работать с частичным ремонтом квартир. Таким образом, эксперт существенно занизила оценку моего ущерба!

Ужас- это мягко сказано Достоинства: нет Недостатки: обман, непрофессионализм полный Пришел эксперт в очень пожилом возрасте, я боялась, что ему будет плохо((. А проверять нужно было высоко- что вы думаете- конечно он этого не сделал. Что удивительно- из инструментов была только линейка(( и это "судебная экспертиза!!!!!!" Позор. Противно. что суд заказывает экспертизу только в этой конторе, никакая она не "НЕЗАВИСИМАЯ!!!! Результат посчитан в ценах- 90хгодов. Я в полном шоке, это обман потребителей!
