Приехал забирать результат родителей, требуют кодовое слово, раньше ничего такого не было, родители сказали такого слова никто не спрашивал и не знают, показывал паспорт, фамилия та же, бесполезно. Нечеловеческое отношение 80 летних людей гонять туда сюда. как будто кто-то когда приезжал забирать чужой результат, при этом зная ФИО и что когда делали. Клоуны, тетя с улыбкой упивается властью - нееет , неее отдааам.

Здравствуйте! Благодарим Вас за отзыв. В связи с требованиями о врачебной тайне мы имеем право предоставлять результаты либо лично в руки пациенту, либо его доверенному лицу. Мы не выдаём результаты в случае, когда пациент не подтверждает своё желание передать результаты третьим лицам, в том числе родственником. Один из видов подтверждения — кодовое слово, которое было озвучено пациенту во время оформления. К сожалению, так как Вы его не озвучили, мы не смогли выдать Вам результаты. При будущих посещениях клиники запишите кодовое слово, и мы обязательно выдадим результаты. Данная ситуация продиктована исключительно желанием сохранить конфиденциальность информации пациента, так как согласие на её передачу нам не поступало. Здоровья Вам и всех благ!
