Считаю если центр работает до 17.00,то и анализы нужно брать до 17.00,а не в 16.35 уже проводить мероприятия по уборке и собираться домой,отказывая клиенту во взятии анализов,мотивируя инструкцией и тем,что курьер уже уехал и анализ будет готово только после завтра.

Уже несколько лет ходим всей семьей сюда сдавать анализ крови. Приятно, что предоставляется неплохая скидка, но еще и важно как берут анализ крови. Очень радуемся, когда попадаем в смену Кузнецовой Ольги - у нее легкая рука! Дети отказываются сдавать кровь в другой лаборатории (иногда это удобнее) - только в СМД!
