Деньги важнее Достоинства: Вежливый персонал, расположение, безналичный расчет, вот и все плюсы, хотя можно было бы и больше иметь Недостатки: Не всегда достоверная информация на сайте или от регистратора, иногда завышенные цены на манипуляции, не всегда ответственный подход врача Отзыв о филиале на Лермонтова. Требовалось сделать ЭКГ срочно. Запись в другое место отменили, т. к. врач заболела, пришлось экстренно искать другие варианты. На сайте Ц М Д указано: можно сделать ЭКГ без записи. Регистратор подтвердила: пожалуйста, с 8 до 19 подъезжайте без записи по очереди. В результате, прибыв к 17.30 только на месте узнали, что врача уже нет, а расшифровку к ЭКГ можно получить только через день. Инфо по расписанию врача регистратор предпочла не сообщать. Мы бы и не поехали, если знали бы, что врача не будет. Зачем нам просто лента без расшифровки. А таким темпом можно и в своей поликлинике все сделать по О М С. В общем, главное деньги получить от клиента, а дальше, уже не их забота... Выбор, конечно, есть: пользоваться такими услугами или нет, но раз уж оказываете услугу за деньги, будьте добры оказывать её удобно для клиента. С врачом бы ничего не случилось, если её рабочий день длился все время, когда делают ЭКГ.

Обманывают с результатами анализов Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Обман с результатами анализов Делал в данной клинике анализы на бакпосев из ротовой полости с чувствительностью к антибиотикам, так как было воспаление горла. По итогу результаты этого анализа пришли в тот же день, а такого быть не может, так как данный анализ делается от 3-10 дней. По итогу дальнейшее лечении при использовании антибиотиков, которые были указаны в этом анализе только ухудшило состояние, и появилась резистентность к этому антибиотику. Деньги возвращать отказались.
