Загнал машину в сервис 2 июня. Хотел сделать полировку с предварительной локальной покраской сколов и покрытием Кварц 7 . На предварительном осмотре обозначили срок работ 2 дня. При сдаче машины срок увеличился до трех дней . На третий день пришлось самому вызванивать и уточнять готовность авто . Подтвердили готовность к 21-00. Приехал забирать машину в 21-30 , машина не готова . Оставил до утра , менеджер Руслан клялся что все будет готово к 10 часам точно. Утром вместе с ним пошли осматривать авто в боксе , в этом же боксе в метре от машины слесарь драит шлифмашинкой чей-то ободранный бампер , вокруг стоит пылища , моя машина тоже вся в облупленной краске от его работы. При осмотре авто по факту все сколы остались на родных местах , менеджер схватил банку с краской и начал сам замазывать все недоделки. При дальнейшем осмотре обнаружил новый дефект на накладке передней правой двери ( шлепок неровной свежей краски с просветом черного пластика под ним на расстоянии 7 см). При сдаче авто на этом месте ничего не было. Оставил машину на доработку до вечера. Вечером забирал машину уже у другого менеджера , в счет добавили дополнительную вмятину и монтаж двери , при этом никто со мной какой-либо дополнительный ремонт не согласовывал. Я так и не понял когда на машину наносили защитное покрытие , если поздно вечером ее еще шлифовали а утром уже пытались мне ее всучить. На мою просьбу показать видео с камеры наблюдения в боксе ничего предоставить не смогли. Больше я в этот сервис ни ногой.
