Недостатки: Нет Комментарий: Все очень понравилось)преподаватель все говорит конкретно и ясно,приходишь на занятия с удовольствие,а уходишь расслабленная и довольная)не пожалела,что пошла именно к вам,тем более что рядом с домом. Ходила только на йогу +дыхание и теперь можно заниматься дома и знать как правильно дышать и какие упражнения делать,для того что облегчить себе роды)

Достоинства: Проходила в марте 2020 курс подготовки к родам «Нам всё» на Молодежной. Выбирала место исходя из удобного расположения вблизи от дома. Занятия вела Чечеткина Ольга — мать со стажем, психолог, доула…, которая в легкой и понятной форме не только рассказала что нас ждёт до, во время и после родов, но и разъяснила некоторые моменты с точки зрения психологии, что немаловажно на мой взгляд! Потому что многие наши проблемы во взрослой жизни формируются именно с момента родов и отношения родителей к ребеночку! И для меня очень важно было, что Оля помогла настроится на этот процесс, избавиться от своих страхов и подготовиться морально к переходу в новую жизнь! Теперь я настраиваюсь исключительно на процесс родов как на праздник и долгожданное событие!Очень рада, что в наше время у девочек есть возможность пройти такое обучение ️Желаю всем прекрасного материнства!
