живу рядом с этим салоном ( Вернадского125)и с момента открытия нередко посещала его. Каково же было сегодня мое недоумение, когда попав на маникюр с покрытием к новому мастеру- просидела на процедуре 3 часа!!! И дело даже не в начинающей девочке, а меня удивило отношение администратора, которая не предупредила даже, что процедура по акции будет проходить столько времени. В итоге , пробыв в салоне 4 часа , мне не предложили даже чашку чая... не извинились.. у меня просто шок. Дамы! Вы работаете в сфере услуг, вы помните об этом? Ни ногой больше и подругам всем в районе расскажу про ваш прелестный сервис!

Замечательный салон! который год прихожу сюда отдыхать. Очень внимательное отношение, приятно когда думают о комфорте клиентов. Делаю моделирование ногтей и педикюр. Полностью доверяю салону т.к. очень строго подходят к дезинфекции. Для меня это крайне важно! Спасибо любимый Nano Professional!
