1.08 была на консультации у Мамедова М., девушку сидящую рядом и записанную на 14.30 попросили прийти в мое же время 12.00 мол кто-то не пришел, но я на месте и запись не отменяла, принял он ее в мое время, я зашла на 15-20 минут позже и была удивлена уже рейтингом при таком отношении. По рекомендации врача я прошла кт, в результате которого нашли кисту и я сообщила об этом врачу, на что получила ответ, что киста это не «находка для вмешательств», я прихожу по договоренности до обеда посмотреть кт, чтобы меня приняли «между клиентами», никого нет, меня просят подождать, приходит одна девушка, потом вторая, я снова жду между пациентами приема нет и после меня приглашают фразой «не нужно делать такое недовольное лицо» «эти люди заплатили деньги» «если хотите у меня оперироваться нужно быть терпеливой» Я не представляю откуда такое количество положительных отзывов у этого хирурга, я два раза приходила и два раза я в шоке. Слава богу не дошло до операции, если бы после оплаты полумиллиона во время операции было бы такое отношение, был бы еще больший шок, чем жалость потраченного времени на ожидание консультации почти 2 месяца и почти 3 недели я уже ждала операцию была на нее записана. Просто не представляю как вы работаете с таким отношениям к людям.
