Пришла на обследование, специалист при беседе выяснила, что у меня есть аллергическая реакция (на краску для волос) и в обследовании отказали из за этого. Все прекрасно объяснили, я все поняла в целом вышла без претензий. Но при возврате средств на кассе, кассир начала мне дерзить и спрашивать почему я сразу не сказала об этой аллергии (а меня как бы никто особо и не спрашивал и я не знала что об этом надо говорить). Давно со мной в таком тоне не разговаривали, как будто в бесплатной поликлинике побывала, хотя там даже более уважительно разговаривают.

Записались к доктору заранее. Так как пациент живёт в 240 километрах от города время было очень важно! За сутки предупредили, что врач не сможет принять в наше время, так как перед нами свободные окна и перенесли запись на утро этого же дня. С трудом нашли способ добраться до клиники утром. Ближе к вечеру того же дня позвонили и сказали, что приема не будет вообще. А человек уже в дороге. С таким я сталкиваюсь впервые.

Добрый день! Это действительно очень неприятно, мы понимаем. Но бывают такие форс-мажоры в работе. Мы всегда рассчитываем на понимание наших пациентов в таких не простых ситуациях.
