Друзья, не пользуйтесь услугами данной компании, чтобы не потерять время и не испортить себе день. Отвратительное качество услуг. Им еще нужно много работать над сервисом. Мы пользуемся каршерингом других компаний почти 3 года и таких ситуаций не было. В выходной, праздничный день мы с семьей решили поехать в парк (10 км от Мск, по договору выезд за пределы мкад у компании разрешен), приехав на место мы не смогли закрыть машину и перевести в режим ожидания. Оператор сослался на технические непол адки (не работает спутник и не видит машину), несколько раз оператор просил переставлять машину с места на место, чтобы спутник все-таки определил наше местоположение, но это не помогло! Все это время шла оплата, на протяжении 30 минут ситуацию решить не удалось ссылаясь что в выходной день решить эту проблему они не могут.Итог: испорченный праздничный день, потерянное время и деньги. Пришлось всей семьей возвращаться обратно в Мск. – показать

…В ожидании регистрации в данном сервисе- Карусели club — я ознакомился с видео о «Карусели» в интернете. там говорится, что кнопки старта вваливаются, машины не заводятся, пользователи оставляют авто не заправленными. Порадовал и сам сервис — мне прислали смс о том что я не прошёл регистрацию и без указания причин. в надежде что из-за плохо читаемых документов — написал им письмо — ответа так и нет. не берегут они клиентов. с таким обращением с пользователями им долго не продержаться в бизнес е и к сожалению, они могут обанкротиться даже с небольшим тарифом(((. – показать
