Неплохое расположение, приветливый персонал, возможность оставления ребёнка с няней и это все из плюсов! Из минусов - тренировки для пенсионеров, я бы так назвала так называемые заявленные персональные тренировки! Включают диск с записью шейпинг и вперёд девочки занимайтесь! Таким образом можно заниматься дома перед телевизором! Разработка питания ? Просто дают несколько листов с продуктами с химическим составом каждого! Питание должно разрабатываться индивидуально и с предложением готовых блюд на завтрак, обед и ужин, а тут должна сидеть и придумывать что же приготовить из представленных продуктов! Цена за такую тренировку в месяц 3900₽, считаю слишком завышенной.... результата не заметила

Клиентам центра подбирается нагрузка согласно физическим возможностям человека и для этого проводится медицинское функциональное тестирование. В Вашем тесте были показания к тренировкам с интенсивностью, которая Вам не понравилась. Мы не готовы рисковать Вашим здоровьем, увеличивая интенсивность тренировки. При рекомендованной интенсивности нагрузки Вы бы смогли сбросить 4 кг в месяц. Очень жаль, что мы не смогли Вам донести политику нашей методики похудения.
