Обслуживают люди которые ничего не знают, сотрудники в процессе отвлекаются, пересмеиваются, переговариваются - это удлиняете время оказания услуги, все можно было бы сделать за 10 минут а мне делали час, хотя я записывался заранее.

Сам мфц хороший, но очень неудобно добираться пожилым людям или кому тяжело ходить, прямых автобусов до или мимо мфц вообще нет. Раз в час ходит 183 автобус и то не мимо а не подалеку я бы так сказал, пожилому человеку ещё минут 15-20 идти потихоньку от остановки. Решите вопрос с транспортным обслуживанием мфц Свиблово и районом Свиблово так как мфц по своей сути наводиться на окраине района куда сложно добраться.
