Очередь есть почти всегда, но движется достаточно быстро. Радует, что встречаются среди работников люди, которые помогут, подскажут, дадут дополнительную инфо, пойдут навстречу.

Может и сам МФЦ ничего, но отдел по вопросам миграции ужасный, ездила туда 2 раза уже, чтобы подать документацию по иностранным гражданам, сначала меня зам начальника развернул, потом сотрудница из 20 кабинета в форме, обосновав это тем, что мне по базе надо документы проверить, что надо их туда занести, что элементарно некогда, приезжайте завтра, вот так почти всю неделю гоняю к ним, это тихий ужас, не зря у них такая плохая репутация.

Были в этом МФЦ на Домостроительной 5 раз. 3 раза документы отказывались регистрировать. Потом, после длительных нервотрепок, зарегистрировали с боем. 3- раз нас послали куда подальше. 4-й раз «проконсультировали» неправильно. Пришлось идти к нотариусу и опять возвращаться в 5-й раз за документом, который нам не дали. Как туда ехать, так плохеет. Наверное, это самый худший МФЦ во все Москве!

Да, квалификация сотрудников и клиентоориентированность на нуле! Загранпаспорт 3 раза переделывали из-за ошибок — а это время! А мне нужно было быстро. Сейчас уже 5 месяцев не могут выписать 2 человек из квартиры… два раза ходила, все документы предоставила, что люди выписались и уже прописались давно в другом месте. Это должно автоматически работать. В итоге еду в третий раз…
