Отдельное ОГРОМНОЕ человеческое спасибо администратору Юлии Ивановой! Сегодня и mos.ru и банки как парализованные - одни выдают документы неверно, а другие, естественно, их не принимают...Так вот, эта приятная девушка, когда полная толпа озлобленных клиентов, полностью сохраняя самообладание и доброе отношение к людям, помогает ВСЕМ, помогла и мне в совсем не простой ситуации. Уверен, что любой другой мог бы мне отказать с формулировкой "Вам выдали документ в положенной форме" (в положенной - никто не спорит, но без печати банк не принимает, а услуга дистанционно оказывается на mos.ru, что не предполагает печати), а данный специалист довёл всё до логического завершения. ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО!!!!
