Обслуживание других граждан кроме РФ идёт в халатном отношении сотрудниками МФЦ. Объясняют так, будто мы все являемся грамотными юристами! Чуть что, сразу - " Берите заново талон и подходите..." 4 талона и ноль результата в итоге....
