Подала заявление на плановую замену Российского паспорта. Сотрудник Лозован Дмитрий принял моё заявление. Только после того как я предоставила необходимую информацию и все заполнила, данный сотрудник решил сообщить мне , что со следующего месяца они переезжают в МФЦ Басманного района . В расписке дата выдачи паспорта стоит 5.05.21( это 14 дней), но ни 5, ни 6 числа мне sms оповещения не поступило о готовности моего паспорта. После долгих звонков мне сказали, что заявления моё утеряно, но потом они все таки его нашли. Паспорт мой будет готов ПОСЛЕ 10 числа , ссылаясь на переезд и праздники, это пойдёт уже 18 день. Шарашкина контора, в которой теряют документы и не предупреждают клиентов заранее, что их МФЦ переезжает.

3этаж 315 кабинет женщины хамит постяно они не да вольно очень грубить нормалный ответ не получаешь 4раз ходила с ребёнком поднмала 3этаж пасылает мня нормально не обвиняют больше не пайду
