Все прекрасно. Быстро и вежливо. Но! Сколько уже можно ходить восстанавливать пароль безрезультатно!!! мне нужно было, чтобы код для восстановления приходил на мой новый номер. ходила второй раз. клятвенно заверили , что все будет работать. Но нет! опять : Пользователь с таким телефоном не найден! Только с третьего раза код отправляется на нужный номер. Однако смс не приходит. Вероятно, правильнее негативную оценку ставить Госуслугам (портал). Поэтому самому офису - 5, госуслугам за техобслуживание - КОЛ!

Достаточно плохой центр, начиная с очередей и заканчивая тем, что многих сотрудников постоянно нет на месте, но особенно отмечу начальника или того человека, который занимается миграционными вопросами: более хамоватого и надменного человека в подобных учреждениях я ещё не встречал. Когда к тебе, «уважаемый», приходят люди, неосведомлённые в правовых вопросах, твоя задача им в этом помогать, а не гнуть пальцы веером, типа ты бог и все тебе должны. Ответы в духе «посмотрите в интернете, там все есть» должны тебе врачи на приёме давать, когда ты к ним приходишь.
