Очень разочарована ! Записалась на УЗИ , пришла как положено за 10 мин до назначенного времени , чтобы заполнить документы . В назначенное время , ни кто не пригласил на процедуру . Спустя 15 мин , я сама спросила на ресепшене , почему задержка ? Ответили , что так бывает . Ещё через 15 мин , опять сама подошла , опять внятного ответа не получила . На мой взгляд , в платной клинике не допустимо такое отношение к чужому времени , не говоря уже о том , что персонал совершено не обучен , как нужно себя вести в подобных ситуациях ! ( как минимум , попытаться найти аргументы/объяснения , а не ждать пока посетитель сам начнет задавать вопросы ) Отняли моё время , услугу не оказали , извинения не принесли !
