Добрый день! В целом клиника произвела положительное впечатление! Но, уважаемое руководство, пожалуйста, обратите внимание на работу администраторов! Они записывают на анализы пациентов, и даже не информируют о подготовке к сдаче анализа. На сдачу крови (сдается натощак) готовы записать пациента чуть ли не на 18:00. Позвонить и узнать цену на тот или иной анализ невозможно! Говорят примерную цену (судя по всему по памяти) и далее говорят: "Вот когда будете записываться на сдачу анализа, вот тогда и подсчитаем точную цену". Все это создает впечатление абсолютного безразличия и по ощущения высокую вероятность допущения ошибок всей клиники в целом. В совокупности эта проблема называется - возрастной фактор! Меняйте администраторов на более молодых! Со стойки ресепшина веет халатностью!

Обратился с целью исследования в медицинский центр, обратил внимание на чистоту и комфорт, играет спокойная музыка, так же приятно удивил персонал клиники, работают профессионально. Результаты исследований обещали менее чем через сутки. Могу рекомендовать медцентр.
