Приходили с сыном на приём к психиатру Белогубову Павлу Васильевичу, очень грамотный и тактичный специалист, деликатно осмотрел ребёнка, дал рекомендации и расписал лечение 👌 Очень рекомендую 👍

Огромная благодарность всем врачам клиники, был опыт посещения всех клиник в городе, везде приятные впечатления о специалистах. Профессионалы своего дела. В клинике душевного здоровья, хочется поблагодарить Домбровскую Е.С, Очень грамотный специалист, помогла разобраться в проблеме, подобрала схему лечения, найдет подход к любому пациенту, была на связи в критической ситуации. Безумно ей благодарна! Также Благодарю психолога Алексееву К.А. Практикует методику КПТ, консультации с ней всегда проходили комфортно, научит работать с собой и своими мыслями, поможет вытащить себя из ямы и научит навыкам необходимым для жизни. Всегда поддержит. Если вы готовы работать над собой и прикладывать усилия, то Карина вам точно поможет. А теперь о минусах! Сервис клиники оставляет желать лучшего. Было несколько неприятных ситуаций, записывалась через сайт— не приходит подтверждение записи, звоню в клинику запись подтверждают. Приезжаю в клинику в назначенное время, врача просто нет на работе, поскольку в базе записей не видели вообще. Просто развернули и отправили домой, ну а что поделать? Обещали позвонить до 18:00 этого же дня и записать на завтра— никто не перезвонил, пришлось записываться самостоятельно. И такие ситуации повторяются неоднократно, записываешься и по телефону и через сайт, в один момент запись просто не видят и всё. Очень жаль,что с техническим обслуживанием клиник всё так плохо и ведь ценник на услуги тоже не маленький! Хотелось бы большего уважения к клиентам и их времени.
