Операторы некомпетентные и хамы Достоинства: Приехал хороший специалист по обработке Недостатки: Хамство, обманывают с ценой, не отвечают на звонки Завелись в трехэтажном доме мыши. Живут на третьем и первом этаже (на втором живут домашние кошки, поэтому мыши там появляются только в мертвом виде). Заказала специалиста в этом центре на дом, чтобы поставил безопасные ловушки для домашних животных. При заказе по телефону, девушка спросила площадь всего дома (180кв. м) и озвучила первую сумму 14700. Я с дуру согласилась не узнав как происходит расчёт. Когда специалист приехал, обсудив с ним все за и против, решила что не надо ставить ловушки на второй этаж. После обслуживания, сели заполнять договор и я спросила поменяется ли сумма, так как обработали не весь дом. Но оказалось, что расчетом занимаются операторы. Стали звонить им, очень долго не отвечали на звонок, когда девушка заблагорассудилась ответить, сказала что будет стоить 12400. Это меня насторожило, так как обработанная площадь уменьшилась на 1/3, а цена всего на пару тысяч. Спросила ее, как происходил рассчет, она ответила, что по метражу. Конечно же я ее спросила, сколько стоит метр, в ответ-не могу сказать. На мой вопрос "почему?", получила "потому что". В итоге она бросила трубку, сказав, что перезвонит и так не перезвонила. Отвратительное поведение оператора. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); К специалисту по обработке претензий нет, сделал все четко, все рассказал и объяснил по поводу ловушек.
