Пришли сегодня для перевода денег. Пришли в 12:29на входных дверях написано в субботу работают без перерыва. Непосредственно на кассе что работаю с перерывом с 13:00 до 13:20 работает ОДНА касса. Вышли мы оттуда в 14:29. Работала одна касса. И один кредитный отдел. Кредитный отдел без перерыва и все клиенты оттуда без очереди в общую кассу. И в итоге кто-то в течении 5 мин. проходил все кассы, а кто-то по 2 часа сидел в очереди. Хочется задать вопрос руководству, а как же противоковидные мероприятия. Как при таком большом потоке клиентов можно открыть только одну кассу, если не умеете руководить садитесь сами за Кассы(бесплатная рекомендациия) . Как говорится рыба гниет с головы. Это было последнее посещение в даное отделение.
