Отвратительное отношение к клиентам! Посещал не один раз, общался с двумя сотрудницами ни одна даже не поздоровалась, спасибо, что в открытую не хамили! Плохой день, усталость на работе.. все можно понять, но элементарное приветствие никто не отменял. Спросил про условия карты и мне молча ее начали оформлять!!! Пришлось потрудиться, чтобы найти того кто подскажет. Из всех окон работало одно, пока остальной персонал ржал перед лицом, не объясняя хотя бы, что не могут принять из-за разной компетенции окон. Закрою карту при первой же возможности. Если бы сотрудники хоть немного были похожи на своего ген.директора, банк был бы порядком выше класса.
