Не рекомендую связываться с данными торговцами. Купил бракованное изделие. На предложение обсудить сложившуюся ситуацию начали забрасывать техническими терминами, пытаясь снять с себя ответственность.

Только здесь нашел, в наличии, нужные мне li-ion аккумуляторы 18350 и 16430. Профессионалы. Только, видимо по ошибке, продали мне зарядное устройство, предназначенное только для заряда life. Soshine F5. Повнимательнее при покупке. Я сам виноват, не проверил, понадеялся на профи.
