Приехал на балансировку 02.05.2020 ,попросил у персонала присутствовать при проведении работ ,получил отказ ,было предложено на улице смотреть в окно в двери стоя на улице ))).Вот есть у них внутреннее распоряжение и хоть умри, но никогда не узнаешь что происходит с твоей собственностью, оказываются услуги тебе или нет .Я так понимаю борьба за клиента это не про них,им так хватает )))В условиях, я думаю ,жесткой конкуренции ,им просто плевать на вас, на закон ,им всё равно заработают они или нет. Такого я конечно не встречал ещё ни разу ,хотя пользуюсь услугами Цефея очень давно ,не помню сколько уже денег потратил ,сколько комплектов резины,дисков купил ,сколько знакомых затянул ,это же вобще кошмар .Хотя если быть честным это только по Мостостроителей , твориться такая ерунда . В других Цефеях ( по Омской,в Челябинске Копейское шоссе ,был по делам служебным не так давно)всегда с пониманием относились к моей просьбе и находили возможность присутствовать при монтаже и балансировке,тем более я не прошу ничего не законного ,я просто хочу видеть ,что происходить с моим имуществом .Закон позволяет мне это делать,но закона по Мостостроителей нет,как я понял,как и уважения к клиентам. Колеса я всё таки сделал пришлось правда купить новые диски и резину(((не скажу где ,не в Цефее)))

В магазине все отлично. Пару раз заказывала у них резину. Цены средние по городу, но зато шиномонтаж бесплатный делают.
