Не рекомендую. Работают две ленивые дамы, которые отказались оформить возврат товара Asos аргументирую тем, что в данном пункте они этим не занимаются. Специально в интернете смотрел пункты приёма, где это возможно делать. Ушел ни с чем. Потом ещё раз позвонил в поддержку Сдэк. Там подтвердили, что в этом отделении возможен оформить посылку на возврат. Возвращаться уже не стал, т.к. есть опасения, что с посылкой могут возникнуть проблемы. Обидно, что было потрачено время и целый день на работе мотался с вещами, чтобы вечером сдать их.

Возможно, коллеги на момент Вашего посещения ещё не успели освоить особенности оформления возврата в ASOS, так как только 18 марта была предоставлена подробная информация о такой возможности. Завтра в рабочее время ожидаю получить комментарий от коллег. Если всё в порядке, то я напишу Вам и приглашу в офис.
