Уже зарекалась, что не буду пользоваться этим сервисом и снова наступила на те же грабли🤦‍♀️ Это был последний раз!!! Ужасный сервис где никто ни за что не отвечает😡

ХУДШАЯ КУРЬЕРСКАЯ КОМПАНИЯ НА СВЕТЕ. Дважды пользовалась ее услугами и дважды они накосячили. Первый раз когда я заказала товары из интернет магазина, которые не могли мне прийти больше недели (при заявленном сроке в 3 дня), потому что по их словам "у них не было курьера для меня" - у курьерской компании. При том что склад находился в 10 минутах езды от меня. В самовывозе мне было отказано. В итоге проблема так и не была решена: магазин самостоятельно заново сформировал заказ и лично передал мне его, а работники СДЭКа еще неделю мне звонили по поводу доставки и что она задерживается) даже когда я говорила что мне уже все привезли и не они. Второй раз, когда компания оформила подарочную доставку для сотрудника, но указала по ошибке мой номер. Я 4 раза передавала курьерам и работникам офиса СДЭКа верный номер адресата, но мне 2 недели продолжали звонить с целью уточнения сроков доставки. Один раз курьер все таки дозвонился после того как я в очередной раз дала верный номер и сообщил адресату, что доставил посылку.... но не ей, а ее соседям. Которых она не знает, не знает даже в какую квартиру (человек только переехал в новый дом). И предложил ей походить поискать свою посылку. Наорал на нее, а потом спустя неделю позвонил мне и наорал на меня что все доставил правильно и что оставить посылку у чужих людей это норма. Делайте выводы, и не обращайтесь за услугами в эту контору. Желаю им скорейшего разорения и исчезновения с рынка.
