Работают плохо, не выполняют обязательства по заранее оплаченной экспресс доставке, т.е. обманывают, ссылаются на сломанные автомобили, ответ на звонки не дождёшься. На такие компании надо подавать в суд и почаще

Симбиоз доставки СДЭК и avtoall.ru: отправили двумя частями: первая это пружинка со спичечный коробок лежит в коробке из под холодильника, вторую часть посылки потеряли и пока не нашли. Обещали позвонить... жду. Номер заказа 1176392773. В пункте выдачи товара работают четыре окна и все равно очередь человек 20... зал выдачи тесный в условиях Пандемии.

Добрый день. Да, произошла задержка с доставкой второго места. За этот инцидент приносим Вам свои извинения. Зал выдачи не может расширяться в период пандемии. И если уж про условия пандемии говорить, то почему же люди в очереди не соблюдают режим самоизоляции?

Уже 10 день эта посылка у нас в городе, а сомной никто не связывался, я куда только не написала, звонила, смс пришло только сегодня, не выхожу из дома два месяца, так теперь мне ещё надо такси нанимать чтоб ехать самой за посылкой,​ мне из другого тк уже привезла заказы которые я три дня назад заказывала, больше никогда не воспользуюсь нашей доставкой и договор с моей сетью магазинов разрываю. Мне эта посылка была срочно нужна, из-за вас, я потеряла заказчика и не малые деньги. --

ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО!!!!! посылка пришла 17 апреля и до сих пор не могут доставить,вчера 29.04 диспетчер даже не могла сказать причину почему не могут доставить???сказала эээ ну я не знаю по какой причине не доставили даже ваши курьеры которые должны были доставить не позвонили ничего как будто проигнорили и забыли,почему у вас курьеры сегодня 30.04 не работают ?
