Заказала экспрес доставку до 18:00, позвонил менеджер уточнить время забора и доставки, я попросила сделать до 14:00 и мне сказали, что это будет на 200 рублей дороже, я согласилась и оплатила, но доставка все равно была до 18:00. Курьер не виноват, а вот менеджер, которая мне звонила, не могла мне обьяснить все толком, так и не предупредила курьера.. больше никогда не обращусь в сдэк, 200 р не так жалко, но отправляла документы и важно было их доставить во время...

Вежливый персонал ! Посылки приходят вовремя !) Единственный минус время работы .. До работы не забрать и после (( С работы едешь , а они уже закрыты Хотелось бы что бы работали до 20:00-21:00

ЛЮДИ! Никогда не обращайтесь в данную компанию!!!!!!!!!! Есть намного лучше альтернативные варианты!!!!!! Обещают 1 день - по факту 5!!! Пять ДНЕЙ!!!!! Хамят, грубят, посылают!!!! Не трепите нервы себе и своим близким!
