Если вы когда-нибудь надумаете переехать в этот район — отложите эту мысль в сторону и подумайте 100 раз. Начнем по порядку с самого болезненного. 1. Администрации ЖК плевать на все ваши жалобы, горячая линия никогда недоступна, все время заняты. 2. Отключение электроэнергии в порядке нормы. Хотите придти после рабочего дня под кондиционер, отдохнуть/ посмотреть любимый сериал, позалипать в компьютере? Нет, вы этого не получите, потому что стабильно около 3 недель на протяжении лета останетесь без света. 3. Принять душ? Забудьте, ходите вонючими и грязными в летнюю жару, потому что стабильно каждый день любят отключать воду. Горячую в основном, а холодную на ровне с горячей… 4. Чистый микрорайон? Забудьте! Мусора навалом и его не успевают убирать несколько работающих дворников. 5. Быстро добраться до работы? Опять вы в промахе. Западный обход каждый день стоит в огроменных пробках. В сторону центра ехать около часа на общественном транспорте. 6. Думаете о спокойствии? Здесь тоже промах… Из-за многочисленных строек мигрантов толпами навезли и по вечерам они любят устраивать свои посиделки. А про наркоманов, которые среди бело дня ищут закладки в клумбах и разрушают дома — я вообще молчу. Я вас убедил не заезжать сюда? Подумайте очень очень сильно. И это не сказки. Район похожий уже на московский, превратился в мусорную яму с наркоманами, мигрантами, администрацией ЖК светлоград… Не обоснованно здесь люди ставят оценки в 5 звезд. Советую изучить отзывы на 2гис, яндексе… А лучше узнать у людей кто здесь живет и никогда не заезжать в этот ад
